My career has spanned bedside nursing, executive nursing leadership, and the quality and accreditation arenas where standards meet real-world operations. That fluency—clinical, administrative, and regulatory—shapes every recommendation I make.

Directly. Every engagement is led personally by the principal consultant. When subject-matter depth is required, Kevin brings vetted experts to the table—but your primary relationship is always with him.
Each engagement starts with a conversation about your timeline, current state, and goals. From there, we propose a focused scope with transparent pricing—fixed fee for defined deliverables or retainer for ongoing advisory.
Yes. Remediation is one of our most common engagements. We move quickly to triage findings, prioritize corrective actions, and rebuild the evidence base.
Oak Creek is based in the Chicago area and works with clients nationally. Most engagements are conducted remotely with periodic on-site visits when valuable.
